Hey there—I’m Renae, your host and the Chief of Keys & Care at Stellar Property Solutions. I live and work in Northern Vermont, where I manage a small collection of vacation rentals designed to feel like your home-away-from-home for travelers from all walks of life. I help humans buy, sell and manage real estate so they can focus on what they do best and let me do the rest.

I started this business to take the stress out of homeownership and hosting—for guests, tenants, and property owners alike. With a background in construction, property management, and design, I’ve spent the last several years renovating and curating each property with intention. The spaces I offer are warm, functional, and full of character—perfect for weekend getaways, seasonal escapes, or extended stays.

My philosophy is simple: thoughtful hospitality, clear communication, and a whole lot of heart. To me, hosting is more than offering a clean, comfortable space—it’s about creating an experience that feels personal, safe, and easy to enjoy. That’s the standard I bring to every transaction I manage.

When I’m not coordinating move-ins or wrangling spreadsheets, I’m usually renovating old houses, hiking or playing board games with friends, & always dreaming up ways to make real estate a little more human.
